1. Eligibility

Sangg is intended for individuals aged 18 years and older. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Account Registration

To use Sangg, you may be required to create an account using your phone number and provide basic personal information (e.g., name, date of birth). You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Community Guidelines & User-Generated Content

Sangg is a safe, respectful, and inclusive platform. You agree not to post or share any content that is:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusive

• Sexually explicit or offensive

• Promoting violence, discrimination, or illegal activity

• Spam or misleading in nature

Users may report inappropriate behavior or content via the in-app "Report User" feature. Reports are reviewed manually, and appropriate action (such as content removal or account suspension) will be taken within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to remove any content or user account that violates these Terms.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit. However, by submitting content on Sangg, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

5. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion anytime through the in-app option found under Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This links to our Account Deletion Page, where you can submit your request. Your data will be deleted within 24–48 hours.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data

• Upload viruses or malicious code

• Use automated scripts to interact with the service

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Child Safety and Exploitation Policy

Although Sangg is designed exclusively for adults (18+), we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.

We actively monitor and moderate user-generated content and allow users to report any inappropriate behavior through in-app tools. Any reports of child exploitation will be reviewed immediately and, if applicable, reported to the appropriate authorities, including law enforcement or child protection organizations.

We are committed to supporting global efforts to combat child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and to providing a safe environment for all users.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to support our app's functionality. These services may collect and process user data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Sangg is not responsible for these third-party practices.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or specific features at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, loss of access, or interruption of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sangg is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our app or services.
