Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sangg, we are committed to providing a meaningful and enriching experience to all our members. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be fair while ensuring the integrity of our offerings.​​

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase

The user has not attended any live event, workshop, or used any premium features (such as Genie, Discussion Rooms, or Events)

The refund request must be sent via email to support@sangg.co from the registered email address

Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase

The user has accessed or participated in any core features, including:​​

Attending a live or offline event​

Using Genie
-
Engaging in any premium content or services

​Any abuse, misuse, or suspected fraudulent activity related to the account
​
3. Cancellation
Currently, Sangg offers a one-time annual subscription, and cancellation applies to future auto-renewals (when introduced).
There is no partial or prorated refund for early cancellation after 7 days.
