Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sangg, we are committed to providing a meaningful and enriching experience to all our members. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be fair while ensuring the integrity of our offerings.​​

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase

  • The user has not attended any live event, workshop, or used any premium features (such as Genie, Discussion Rooms, or Events)

  • The refund request must be sent via email to support@sangg.co from the registered email address

Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase

  • The user has accessed or participated in any core features, including:​​

    • Attending a live or offline event​

    • Using Genie

    • Engaging in any premium content or services

  • ​Any abuse, misuse, or suspected fraudulent activity related to the account

​

3. Cancellation

Currently, Sangg offers a one-time annual subscription, and cancellation applies to future auto-renewals (when introduced).
There is no partial or prorated refund for early cancellation after 7 days.
